Cannon Hall Museum, Park and Gardens - Georgian country house, 70 acres of parkland and landscaped gardens. Museum has paintings, metalwork, ceramics, modern glassware and furniture collections displayed throughout the Halls’ historic rooms - Cawthorne, Barnsley - Accessible toilets, Baby changing facilities, "Most of the park is on an even level therefore accessible to wheelchair users". "The ground floor of the museum is accessible to wheelchairs, with a lift to the first floor where the galleries are located"


The Cooper Gallery - an exciting art space in the heart of Barnsley Town Centre, has a regular programme of contemporary touring exhibitions and exciting events, home to the Cooper Trustees collection of 17th to 20th century paintings, watercolours and drawings by artists including JMW Turner, Wadsworth and Atkinson Grimshaw, permanent collection now contains over 400 works, Craft Showcase, café , shop - The Gallery is accessible to wheelchairs, accessible toilets, baby changing facilities


Elsecar Heritage Centre & Railway - individual craft workshops, artist studios, antique centres, exhibitions, children’s indoor play centre, cafe, newcomen beam Engine , steam railway, on a branch of the former South Yorkshire Railway, - Elsecar, Barnsley - disabled access / facilities, some restrictions, please see the website


Experience Barnsley Museum and Discovery Centre - the history and social history of the Barnsley area, family friendly, hands-on and interactive exhibits, documents, film and recordings, events, exhibitions  - disabled access / facilities, baby changing, please see the website


Graves Gallery - at the Central Library, 3rd floor art collection, temporary exhibitions -  restricted disabled access, please see the website


Magna Science Adventure Centre  - The former Templeborough steel works transformed into an award-winning visitor attraction with over 4000m2 of event space - interactive exhibits and fascinating displays, guided tours by former steel workers and enthusiasts, outdoor playground - The attraction and all its facilities are accessible to visitors who use wheelchairs


Millennium Gallery - Opened in 2001, home of Sheffield’s unique Metalwork Collection, Ruskin Collection of art and artefacts, temporary exhibitions of art, craft, fashion and design - fully wheelchair accessible, disabled access toilets, baby change facilities - please see the website


Sheffield Brewery - an independent micro-brewery producing cask ales, offer groups a brewery tour - we have no disabled access info for this site


Worsbrough Mill and Country Park - Worsbrough Bridge, Barnsley - a 17th Century working water mill, organic flour has been milled by water power since 1625, set in 240 acres of parkland with a 60 acre reservoir, tea room - The Badger Walk and Fox Walk are suitable for wheelchair access, there is partial wheelchair access to the museum, accessible toilets, baby changing facilities
